Copyright and credits
The texts, design and selection of content on this website belong to Matoma OÜ. Photographs and other creative works remain the property of their authors and are published with permission; credits appear alongside each story. To request use of any content, write to info@atriocommunications.com.
If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, please contact us with the details and we will review it and act promptly.
Advertising and sponsored content
The magazine is supported by advertising and partnerships. Advertisements are labelled “Advertisement”, and content produced in partnership with a brand is clearly identified as sponsored or presented by that brand. Our editorial choices are our own. We are not responsible for the products, services or claims of advertisers.
Submissions
If you send us a project or other material for publication, our Submission Terms apply.
Accuracy of information
Our stories are written for inspiration and information. We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every detail — such as product availability, prices, opening times or project specifications — is complete or current. Please check important details directly with the architects, designers, hotels or businesses concerned before relying on them.
Links to other websites
Our articles link to studios, brands, places and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
Liability
The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the website, or for temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer protection rules entitle you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
